Fitness

YOU WILL BE TAKING THE CLASS FOR FITNESS

Be thinking about who you want to have as your partner for taking fitness lessons with the class and what lesson you want to take. We will put your names on the day and week you will be taking the lesson on the fitness timetable in the classroom. The expectations for taking fitness are as follows.


You and your partner need to be organised – book equipment needed from the PE shed.

Know how to explain the activity to the class. Prepare anything you need in advance.

Write your activity on the fitness timetable sheet . ( will be on the classroom door)

The activity is fitness. It needs to make people puff ( cardio vascular fitness). It cannot be a game where lots of people are sitting waiting for a turn.

You cannot do the same thing that someone else has done during that week.

The activity should take approximately 10 -20 minutes.
